I’ve only just discovered you and WOW, what a treasure trove you have created. I have managed to find out we’re my great grandfather wasn’t where he should have been ( thanks to your industrious labour)in 1934.
It’s going to take this aged muppet some time to learn how to navigate this site (and my computer) but hopefully I’ll get there someday. .....In the meantime, I need to ask for help.
I’m looking for the above mention and elusive g. grand father named Robert James Irwin supposedly born in Gorawood (Goragh). Married Mary Wilson in Mullaghglass 1890. According to census he was born about 1864 but there is absolutely no record of him. His father on marriage record is John, a farmer. Again, no record. Can you tell me please, how do I find Irwins in that region on your site.
