Your site is great! You have a 1938 map of Belfast that had the street layout in Short Strand for Arran St and Thompson street which shows how the homes were laid out. This is the only place I've been able to find that. It makes it clear how a gunshot made it from a window on Thompson into the window on Arran St. and killing two people on April 19, 1922. I would like to know when this area in Short Strand was renovated, eliminating Thompson Street altogether. Arran Street is still there but is it located in the exact same spot?
