Hi - first of all this is fascinating and well done. Also my father - William G Hales who proudly served in the Regiment during the war and my brother sent his medals etc to you. I am the daughter he was referring to when he wrote the piece about rewriting the drill book for the gun in his letter to the Rotunda Museum in Woolwich - am an ex QA. However please could you tell me the medals he was awarded? I asked Robin who sent them to you but he was unable to answer would you please be able to do this as I wish to get some minatures made as I am a member of the RBL and would love to honour my father my wearing replica medal when parading .
